Søren Nørgaard has been appointed as the new vice chairman of Norlys a.m.b.a. at the company's board of representatives meeting on April 24. At the same time, Louise Langbak Hansen from Silkeborg will join the board. Norlys writes.
Søren Nørgaard has been a member of Norlys' board of directors since the company's establishment in 2019 and has previously held leading positions in business. He also holds board positions at, among others, Brønderslev Forsyning and Nordjyllands Idrætshøjskole. The replacement is taking place as Christian Greve has chosen to step down as vice chairman. He will continue as an ordinary board member until 2027.
- Norlys has been helping to enable the green transition in recent years by expanding both the electricity and charging networks. At the same time, the group is in the midst of a crucial integration and consolidation task, especially in the telecommunications business. I look forward to contributing even more to the development of Norlys and setting the future direction for the group for the benefit of both the cooperative members and society, says Søren Nørgaard, who is CEO of his own consulting company.
