Citizens' Assembly: Municipalities must be more involved in the green transition
The Norwegian Parliament has come up with its recommendations to the government on Thursday. This will provide opportunities for the municipalities to buy into renewable energy plants, just as each municipality must have its own citizens' thing for climate.
