After a long wait, Aalborg Forsyning receives millions from Russian coal company

Aalborg Forsyning has now received the 3.1 million DKK that the Russian company TerraBrown was ordered to pay after an arbitration case. The amount has been recovered with the help of the bailiff's court.

Aalborg Forsyning vandt sidste år en international voldgiftssag mod det russiske kulselskab SUEK (Siberian Coal Energy Company), der i dag hedder TerraBrown. Selskabet blev dømt til at betale sagsomkostninger på 3,1 mio. kr., men betalingen udeblev. Nu er pengene blevet inddrevet via fogedretten. Det skriver forsyningsselskabet i en pressemeddelelse.
