Tyskland og Finland erklærer sig "dybt bekymrede" over et brud på et undersøisk datakabel mellem de to lande. I en fælles udtalelse forholder landenes udenrigsministre sig til, at et datakabel, som løber fra Helsinki til Rostock i Tyskland, stoppede med at virke mandag morgen. Endnu er årsagen ikke klarlagt.
