To datterselskaber under den østrigske koncern Strabag forsøger nu ved en domstol i Washington, D.C., at tvinge Tyskland til at betale erstatning for tabte investeringer i havvind. De to selskaber mener, de har krav på knap 241 mio. euro (ca. 1,8 mia. kr.) i erstatning og yderligere godt 92,5 mio. euro (ca. 700 mio. kr.) i renter. Det skriver tyske Spiegel.
