Jimmy Staal Damsgaard, medstifter af Seasight Davits, har skiftet direktørtitlen ud med rollen som chef for udvikling og design i virksomheden, han var med til at grundlægge i 2011 sammen med daværende direktør for Hvide Sande Shipyard, HP Kristensen. De sidste ejerandele er solgt, men han er stadig en drivkraft i Seasight Davits.
