RES resistance has not made the mayor of Denmark's largest energy municipality shake his hand
Hans Østergaard (V) has been in local politics for more than 20 years and mayor since 2018. He cannot remember a more shrill and raw debate in his time in local politics than the one about renewable energy. However, it has not made him shake his hand.
